Meet Dr. Jeff Gleason

With an impressive 20-year career as a private practice OB/GYN, Jeff brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. His commitment to healthcare extends beyond his practice, having held a position on the hospital board and later serving as the hospital Chief Medical Officer.
Jeff played a pivotal role in the founding of the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network, a statewide Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), where he later served as the Medical Director of Network and Clinical Operations. His leadership skills and dedication to improving healthcare systems led him to serve as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for both a CIN and a Track 3 Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Additionally, Jeff was the National CMO for PHSO Operations at Lumeris, a value-based care company that collaborates with hospital systems and CINs to implement and deliver value-based care solutions.
As a director at Guidehouse, Jeff provided healthcare consulting services across six practices. His project portfolio includes CIN business case, design, and implementation; ACO performance assessment and optimization; medical practice performance assessment and optimization; Medicare Advantage plan joint ventures; and hospital length of stay improvement initiatives.
Throughout his career, Jeff has worked with eight different CINs and has extensive experience leading health system executive teams, physicians, and frontline workers in delivering solutions for value-based care initiatives. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven positive outcomes in the complex world of healthcare management.
